Clean Cutter offers three hardness grades: Plain blades for standard applications, Hard-Faced blades that approximately double service life over plain versions, and Super-Koat blades that provide three or more times the lifespan of plain blades. Super-Koat is recommended for highly abrasive soils and heavy mulching conditions.

Clean Cutter blades are compatible with a wide range of manufacturers including Alamo-Mott, Maschio, Rhino, Loftness, Seppi, Sicma, Sidewinder, Nobili, and many others. Super-Koat is a proprietary heat-treating process applied to the blade surface that dramatically increases hardness and abrasion resistance. In field conditions with rocky or highly abrasive soils, Super-Koat blades last three or more times longer than plain blades, reducing replacement frequency and total operating cost per acre.

Hard-faced blades feature a weld overlay on the cutting edge that roughly doubles service life compared to plain blades. They are a cost-effective mid-tier option for moderately abrasive conditions, offering significantly improved wear resistance without the full premium of Super-Koat treated blades.

Clean Cutter mulcher blades are designed for agricultural vegetation management, brush clearing, land reclamation, and roadside maintenance. They perform well in mulching operations that involve heavy grass, brush, saplings, and crop residue, and are well-suited to both agricultural and professional landscaping environments.
