Clean Cutter's mulcher blades are designed to maximize uptime in demanding conditions — particularly Super-Koat treated blades, which last three or more times longer than plain blades in abrasive soils, meaning fewer blade changes and more productive hours in the field per day.

Clean Cutter mulcher blades are available in three configurations: straight, left-hand curved, and right-hand curved. This range ensures proper blade balance and cutting geometry for various flail mower drum setups, including those used on BW-SM 120 and SM144 and other compatible manufacturers' equipment.

Clean Cutter offers three hardness grades: Plain blades for standard applications, Hard-Faced blades that approximately double service life over plain versions, and Super-Koat blades that provide three or more times the lifespan of plain blades. Super-Koat is recommended for highly abrasive soils and heavy mulching conditions.
