Hammer weights vary by part number: RM-30 weighs 240 lbs per 100 units, MAZ07 is 255 lbs, MAZ08 is 293 lbs, CC750 is 335 lbs, RM-10 is 360 lbs, and RM-11 is 380 lbs per 100 units. Heavier hammers deliver more impact force, suitable for denser brush and forestry mulching applications.

For operations in highly abrasive environments — rocky soil, dense brush, or continuous-use applications — Hard-Faced hammers typically last twice as long as plain parts, and Super-Koat hammers last three or more times longer. The extended service life reduces both replacement frequency and equipment downtime, lowering total operating costs significantly.
